HubSpot handles quote creation, approvals, and closing. Billing is not set up in HubSpot. Once a quote is accepted, NexusTek pushes the data to ConnectWise via API, where billing is run. HubSpot's contracts object is configured for reporting and renewal visibility — it does not replace ConnectWise billing. The product catalog stays synced with ConnectWise.
